1. FIRST CONTACT

After we receive your enquiry, we will send you out some inspiration – Our, ‘Little Black Book of Smart Home Technology’

 2. INFORMATION GATHERING

We will send you a multi-choice quiz to ascertain your specific wants, needs and dreams for your new Smart Home Life. Our quiz will help you think about what it is you want out of your new home upgrade.

 3. COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

We will come to you for your detailed planning session. This is your opportunity to tell us your design ideas and explain your lifestyle and the way you want to live in your house.

 4. THE ‘STATUS SOLUTION’

An outline and pricing indication will be sent to you within three working days. This is our chance to tell you what we think would suit your lifestyle and really wow you with our vision.

 5. REVIEW & EDIT

You let us know what you love and any changes you have. We talk budget and prioritise what you want to do now, and what you may save for later. A deposit is paid to proceed to the next step.

 6. CUSTOM DESIGN

We will custom design a home technology system to satisfy all your wildest Smart Home or Audio-Visual dreams. We work with you to create what YOU want.

 7. SIGN-OFF & SCHEDULE

Proposal is accepted. Payment schedule starts. Gear is ordered. Job is booked in and we have liaised with your Trades.

 8. INSTALLATION PERIOD

Your exciting new home upgrade starts with the pre-wire. Next (after the walls are up and the house is secure) is when we bring in all the cool tech. Gear is installed and programmed and all details reconciled.

 9. HAND-OVER & TRAINING

The job is complete. We hand over all documentation and how-to videos and run you through the system nice and slowly. We will take the time to answer as many questions as you may have to understand your new system.

 10. ONGOING SUPPORT

We are here to help. Following your installation we will be back within a couple of weeks to check your system and make tweaks as required. After you have lived in your home a couple of months you will want to make some changes. We will come back for a complimentary service call to implement your requests and tailor your system further to your lifestyle by optimising those things you have been using lots and making your home even… Smarter.

There are various levels of service you can enlist with us from there – If you want us to come out on a weekend, there is a 24 hour response option just for you – or you can choose an affordable annual plan. We look at it like buying a new expensive car – You’re not exactly going to just drive it every day and not service it or change the oil are you? Well the same goes for your AV system if you want to keep it running optimally. Software updates we can make from behind the scenes, but the mechanics of an AV system need checking once in a while too.
